Just a quick general post to apologise for not being on that often recently. i work in the financial services industry here in the UK, and deal with compensation claims, so as you may imagine, its a bit busy, with everyone complaining about everything, demanding money for the slightest inconveniance (the said they would be at my home for noon, and came at 12:15, I deserve compensation).
as such, to keep our head above water, I'm having to typically pull 10-12 hour days at the moment, and thus am a bit knackered when getting home, hence reduced hours of play.
